Gatsby is a business-to-business marketplace connecting eyewear buyers and manufacturers. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and have authority to act for the business you register.
Products and orders
Product details, minimum quantities, lead times, pricing, and availability are shown before an order or quotation is submitted. Buyers and manufacturers are responsible for reviewing the final commercial details that apply to their transaction.
Payments and marketplace fees
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Applicable marketplace fees, refunds, cancellations, taxes, and payout timing follow the terms shown during checkout or in the relevant seller agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the marketplace, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or infringing material, misrepresent products or identity, scrape protected information, or use another person’s account without permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms when the marketplace changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date shown on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
